COMMUNITY • RISK • ACTION

Resilience Can't Wait.

Neither Do We.

Bintel works with government agencies, land managers, and communities across the United States to develop Community Wildfire Protection Plans and the collaborative infrastructure to put them into action.

Who we are

Plans only work if communities can use them.

A CWPP is just the first step towards a safer more resilient community. Bintel partners with counties, municipalities, fire districts, tribal nations, and land managers on CWPP development, wildfire risk assessment, and mitigation management. We focus on the collaboration, shared data, and decision-making processes that turn a CWPP into action plans for mitigation, suppression, and recovery.

what we deliver

End-to-end wildfire planning services.

From federally-recognized CWPPs to geospatial decision tools and cross-jurisdictional strategy. Everything communities need to move from plan to action.

Community Wildfire Protection Plans

Compliant CWPPs that unlock state and federal funding, satisfy regulatory requirements, and serve as long-term wildfire resilience roadmaps — delivered on time and on budget.

Geospatial Fire Intel & Collaboration

Our platform at cwpp.us brings together wildfire risk data, community infrastructure, and mitigation tracking into a shared spatial view agencies and land managers can use between planning cycles.

Implementation Mitigation Service

Post CWPP Support Services supplement client staff with grant writing, mitigation design/costing and management of mitigation projects. Our goal is to accelerate the execution and tracking of projects to prepare communities for a fire NOW.

Our Approach

The Goal is Resilience, not just a plan.

A CWPP is only as good as what it enables. Bintel treats the planning process as an opportunity to build something that outlasts the document: the relationships, shared intelligence, and coordination communities need to mitigate risk, respond when fire comes, and recover after it passes.
1

Understand the risk landscape

Wildfire risk assessment, community asset mapping, and stakeholder identification across all jurisdictions involved.
2

Build the CWPP

Federally-recognized plan development with community input, agency coordination, and a clear path to funding and action.
3

Align agencies and communities

Cross-jurisdictional collaboration infrastructure — shared data, decision frameworks, and the relationships that outlast the plan.
4

Move from plan to mitigation

Implementation support, ongoing geospatial monitoring via cwpp.us, and the tools communities need to stay ready.
