SENTIMENT DETECTION

Our artificial intelligence capabilities allow us to detect sentiment in bodies of text.  This is useful for categorizing articles or more naturally flowing transcribed conversation.  When applied, sentiment can provide valuable insight for topics discussed, a customer will be able to tell instantly if people are writing positive or negative things about a specific topic.
